Update on Various University Concerning the Ongoing ASUU Strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) embarked on an indefinite nationwide strike yesterday Monday to protest poor funding of Nigerian universities, a decision reached after the union’s NEC meeting at Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State on Sunday night.

Details of situation across some universities at the moment ;

“here in Kogi State University we don’t know what is strike as lectures are still on going”

UNILORIN

“Nothing like strike here @ Unilorin”

LAUTECH

Lautech ASUU has also joined the strike. The decision was made at her congress held today.
